“Who dares to teach, must never cease to learn.”
- John Cotton Dana

Rae's passion has always been movement.  As a child she fell in love with dance, specifically ballet and followed that path for over 15 years.  Pilates and Yoga were both crucial parts of her training, but she had no idea they would take center stage in her adult life.  It took a serious back injury to pull her out of the dance world, and it was through Pilates and Yoga that she found healing, not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually.

Eager to share her success story, she began teaching Pilates and Yoga classes while attending Baylor University.  Though she loved teaching, she never thought of it as a job and certainly not a career.  She completed a Master of Business Administration and entered the corporate world while teaching classes at McLennan Community College.   After deciding to pursue a Pilates certification through Balanced Body University and a Yoga certification through YogaFit, Infinity Pilates & Yoga was founded in 2009. Rae is also a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher.

Kristin graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Accounting. She worked as a financial analyst for a large consulting firm for 10 years and then decided to be a stay at home mom. Fitness has always been a passion of hers. In 2009, she started taking Reformer Pilates to get back in shape after having her second child and fell in love with it. She loved the changes that she saw in her body as well as the way that it made her feel. After practicing for 3 years, she decided that she would like to become an instructor. Kristin has completed all of her training through Balanced Body University and is certified to teach on all apparatus. She has been teaching since 2012 and absolutely loves it.
